Flip Out Sleepover 1st August 2022.....expression of interest

Flip Out will provide sleepover staff to manage the running of the event.

A carer will need to accompany each youngster who has a disability, alongside any siblings who meet the age range and also wish to attend, from 6pm in the evening to 10am the following morning. Therefore one carer will be required to attend per family.

Carers would pay a reduced fee to cover their dinner and breakfast costs. The evening would include a movie, buffet pizza/hot dog dinner, soft drinks, 2 hour evening bounce, sleep in trampoline area, breakfast, 1 hour exclusive bounce.

There is a separate area for carers to sleep if the youngsters don't want/need them to be close by, and another room should a youngster need time out, or is having difficulty sleeping in the arena. Youngsters and carers supply own bedding.

Once we know we have enough youngsters interested in the event we will apply for funding towards the activity to be able to reduce the cost.
