We think we've found something a little different and special this year....a venue that offers something for everyone, from sports, games, crafting, swimming, and a spa!

We will be leaving on the morning of Friday 2nd August, heading to the venue to arrive for lunch. We will then access an activity (to be decided with the hotel staff team), and later meet for dinner, after which we hope to organise some kind of evening entertainment....bingo, a quiz, maybe a talent show....yet to be decided (entertainment is also provided at the resort). 

The following day, after breakfast, we will access another activity, lunch, another activity, then dinner and another evening of fun. There will be time between activities to access any of the activities on offer at the venue that we have not arranged, at your own cost (you can book on arrival).

Sunday will see us having breakfast, accessing an activity, lunch, another activity then hitting the road....so a lot going on .

 

Obviously you can do as much or as little as you like....you may prefer to access the pool or spa, rather than the activities on offer.....that will be up to you.

As you can imagine this will take some organising, so until we know how many people have booked we will not be deciding activities - these will be sent out for booking at a later date.

 

The accommodation is rated 3*, and all meals (further info on the website) and transport will be included in the price.

 

A deposit of £20 per person is required, after which a payment plan will be arranged per family, spread across March to July.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ACTIVITY IS FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE CHILD/YOUNG PERSON REGISTERED WITH ESCAPE, AS PER YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM, AND AS IT IS AN ANNUAL SPECIAL FOR FAMILIES, WE WOULD EXPECT THAT CHILD/YOUNG PERSON TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING.

 

AS PER ESCAPE'S MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILST AT THE VENUE BY A PARENT/CARER.

 

ALL CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE WILL NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED ON A 1:1 BASIS BY PARENTS/CARERS WHERE THEY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT (WHETHER PHYSICAL OR DUE TO LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/CHALLENGING BEHAVIOURS) WHEN ACCESSING ACTIVITIES AT THE RESORT, AS RESORT STAFF ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTRUCTION, NOT PHYSICAL SUPPORT/SUPERVISION OF ACTIVITIES.
