Located in the original walled garden of the farm, is now home to a small pleasure pool heated between 26 -30 degrees in the summer (Heating is now off and will not be heated again until summer 2025) and used as an ice plunge or cold water swimming in the autumn/winter and measuring 11 meters long by 4 metres wide - 1.20m in the shallow end and 1.8m in the deep end.
Ice Bath - During the summer months we also have a dedicated 6fit long ice bath located in the main spa area which is chilled to below 10•C
